Dear Susan and Ryan, We are writing to let you know how very much we appreciate all your help with finding our new home. The experience of being in a brand new state, knowing almost no one, and trying to find a community and house that would fit our needs was made less stressful by you both. Thank you for truly listening to us – you very quickly figured out what we were looking for, saving us all from wasted time and effort. You promptly returned phone calls and texts, accommodated showings on weekends and evenings, and answered questions honestly. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. The overall experience left us feeling that your main goal was helping us find a place that is right for us.

We also appreciate all of the helpful information about the areas we were considering, e.g., restaurants, shopping, entertainment, farmers markets, interesting history, and events.

Lastly, thank you for facilitating an early lease termination and return of our security deposit. You have made our transition easier and for that, we are deeply grateful.
