And so, hard as it was, we had to determine what to do with 65 years of memories (and furniture) and prepare this stately home for sale. We also knew a childhood friend who spoke with Ryan about selling their home - and loved him. And so, after meeting Ryan (and other realtors) and discussing our situation, we agreed to work with him. It was the best move we could've made. The knowledge of Ryan and his team - and I say team - from Patty to Richard and onward made the listing, open house, contract five days after the only open house, and closing as stress-free as one could expect when selling a home. In addition, he received multiple offers above the asking price (no small feat in this changing market). As for the nitty-gritty of a sale, Ryan - and his team - did not leave us hanging. For example, when a zoning issue came up, his team went the extra mile to make sure the issue was resolved before closing.
