I closed on a gorgeous property yesterday in Boonton. Closed at $745,000, this is a turn-of-the-century colonial with charm and character. The grounds are equally as amazing! What’s even cooler…this home was owned by a distant relative of mine until the 1970s. Dorothy Dawson MacDowell lived in the house most of her life. My buyers….my second cousins Bob & Genie from New York City. So the house is back in the family after 40 years! Good luck Bob and Genie in your new Boonton “digs!”
