We’ve worked with Ryan twice over the last 10 years, having bought a home, sold it, and bought another. He works hard to understand us. He communicates clearly and is extremely responsive. He was smart and creative in getting our house ready to sell– what to paint, what to move, and how to get the place ready — once we did that, Ryan went to work spreading the word around town that our house was coming on the market. He got us 3 offers in the week before we even listed the place on the MLS.
